Day 1: Arusha to Serengeti National Park
Morning: Your driver-guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha after an early breakfast. The journey to the Serengeti is a long one, taking approximately 6–7 hours, but offers a scenic start as you pass through rural villages and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Afternoon: Arrive at the Serengeti gate, and enjoy a game drive en route to your lodge in the Central Serengeti (Seronera region). This area is known for its high concentration of lions and other big cats.
Evening: Arrive at Serengeti Katikati Camp by TWC, check in, and enjoy dinner followed by your first night in the wilderness of the Serengeti.
Day 2: Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park
Morning: After an early breakfast, embark on a full-day game drive in the Serengeti. Explore the vast, open plains and the Seronera River Valley in search of diverse wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, zebras, and cheetahs.
Lunch: A picnic lunch will be served at a designated spot in the park, allowing you to maximize your time for game viewing.
Evening: Continue your game drive, tracking predators and enjoying the incredible landscapes. Return to your camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Another Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park
Morning: Take another early start for a morning game drive, a prime time to spot predators in action. Your guide will search for resident and migratory animals, giving you a chance to witness the natural drama of the Serengeti.
Lunch: Another picnic lunch in the wilderness to continue the adventure.
Evening: Enjoy a final game drive as the sun sets over the endless plains. Head back to Serengeti Katikati Camp by TWC for dinner and your last night in the Serengeti.
Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater and Return to Arusha
Morning: After an early breakfast and final game drive in the Serengeti, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrive at the crater rim and descend 600 meters to the crater floor for a 5–6 hour game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater is a natural wonder teeming with wildlife, including the possibility of spotting the endangered black rhino.
Lunch: Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor next to the hippo pool, a common and memorable part of the crater tour.
Afternoon: Ascend from the crater and begin the final leg of your journey back to Arusha.
Evening: Arrive in Arusha in the late afternoon, where your safari ends with a drop-off at your hotel.
