2. Eligibility

3. Accounts and Registration

- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Responsibilities of Partners
- Provide accurate, complete package information (pricing, dates, inclusions, exclusions, policies).
- Be solely responsible for availability, quality, and delivery of services.
- Comply with applicable laws/regulations governing tourism in Tanzania.
5. Responsibilities of Clients
- Provide accurate booking information.
- Pay the full amount for bookings per package terms.
- Understand that bookings may be subject to the Partner’s cancellation policy.
6. Payments and Fees
- Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways integrated with the Platform.
- Service fees (if any) will be disclosed before payment.
- The Platform is not responsible for payment disputes between Partners and Clients.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation and refund policies are set by Partners and shown on package pages.
- The Platform does not enforce or mediate refund policies.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Misrepresenting information.
- Using the Platform for unlawful activities.
- Attempting to breach or circumvent security measures.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content (text, graphics, logos, software) is owned by the Platform or its licensors.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
